Se confirmó el auto de 12 de octubre de 2000, mediante el cual el magistrado sustanciador rechazó la demanda presentada por el ciudadano de la referencia para que se declarara la inexequibilidad del Art. 1253 del Código Civil.
Lo anterior, por cuanto el Art. 6º del Decreto 2067 de 1991 autoriza rechazar las demandas que recaigan sobre normas respecto de las que ya exista cosa juzgada constitucional.
